Endowment Lectures
It was at Govt. Arts College, Coimbatore an endowment was created for Rs. 25,000/- in favour of the T.N.H.C. by Dr. K. L. Karuppasamy of Govt. Arts College, Coimbatore. The interest from which is to be utilized for inviting an eminent scholar to deliver the T.N.H.C Endowment Lecture.
The Tamil Nadu History Congress has invited eminent historians to deliver the TNHC Endowment Lecture.

Endowment Prizes
Dr. Prema Kasthuri Endowment Prize
Dr. Prema Kasthuri who did commendable service as Professor of History at Women’s Christian College, Chennai has come forward to create an Endowment Prize for the best article on Women related issues. Tamil Nadu History Congress accepted Rs. 12,000 for this purpose. The interest accrued out of this principal amount will be given in the form of cash prize for the best article on Women studies. The circular sent by the General Secretary every year will carry an announcement regarding the above prize.
Dr. S. Govindaraju Endowment Prize
Dr. S. Govindaraju who did commendable service as Professor of History at Annamalai University, Chidambarm has come forward to create an Endowment Prize for the best article on Art and Culture.
